HR Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation from start to finish.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage WPS, salaries, deductions, leave salaries, and other payroll matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR files and monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits.
• Handle employee queries and HR concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate visa, work permit, and other employee-related requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, support management, and assist with performance management and employee engagement.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Two to four years of HR experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on payroll processing experience and knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS are required.
• Visa and work permit process experience is an advantage.
• Candidates need communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and HR or payroll systems.
• The role requires independent work, confidential information handling, performance in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to strict deadlines.

Compensation

• The posting states that salary will be discussed during the interview and also lists AED 2,241.34 to AED 7,850.93 per month.

Workplace and Employment

• The role is full-time and located in Al Quoz.
• Work is performed in person.
