Responsibilities
- Handle day to day HR tasks such as assisting with employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinating employee benefits and policy communication.
- Help implement and update HR policies, respond to employee inquiries, and support personnel management activities like performance documentation and role changes.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment, and ensure HR practices align with the organization’s mission and distributed, remote work culture.
Requirements
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience supporting HR operations in dynamic or technical organizations
- Solid understanding of HR Policies and employee relations, with the ability to interpret and apply policies in a fair and consistent manner
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including coordination with vendors and clear communication of benefits to team members
- Personnel Management skills, such as maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance processes, and assisting with role changes or promotions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations, and commitment to maintaining a gender neutral, inclusive, and non discriminatory workplace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
- Experience using HRIS or other HR tools and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms

Role Description
- This is a part time, remote HR Executive role responsible for supporting human resources operations within Section 31.
