- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support remote teams and build trust with employees
- Organizational and time management skills suitable for a part time remote role, including attention to detail and follow through
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations; prior experience in a marketing or professional services environment is a plus
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
