Role Description
- The HR Executive will support and manage key human resources functions, including HR administration, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle processes, in alignment with AIUC 1’s mission and values.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee benefits and documentation, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Helping to develop and refine HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and serving as a point of contact for HR related inquiries from team members.
