- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Familiarity with HR software or digital tools
- Relevant education or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Role Description
- The HR Executive will support day to day people operations for a distributed, startup oriented team in a part time, remote capacity.
- Responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with performance and feedback cycles.
- The role will also involve managing employee benefits information, responding to HR related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- The HR Executive will collaborate with leadership to foster an inclusive, engaging work environment aligned with the company’s growth focused culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including the ability to keep documentation current and accurate.
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration and communicating benefits information clearly to team members.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including supporting onboarding, offboarding, and basic performance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software or digital tools; experience in early stage or high growth companies is an advantage.
- Relevant education or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
