Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reference for Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations
- Manage the approved internal regulations via the Qiwa platform
- Draft and manage internal investigation minutes and issue written warnings based on violation schedules
- Design and apply objective performance evaluation systems for engineers, designers, and employees
- Oversee government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Social Insurance) and handle payroll and WPS processing
- Establish a strict archiving system for employee files including contracts, policy acknowledgments, and violation records
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for required positions
Requirements
- Saudi nationality (mandatory per Ministry of Human Resources regulations)
- 3 5 years of practical experience in employee relations and personnel management within Saudi Arabia
- In depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and ministerial decisions
- Proficiency in drafting legal correspondence and memos in professional Arabic
- Advanced practical English proficiency
- Experience in interior design, contracting, or engineering office sectors is a strong plus
