- Bachelor's or diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for an HR & Employee Relations Coordinator, located in Dubai.

- The HR & Employee Relations Coordinator will act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of workplace issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction and problem resolution
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations to support a positive and inclusive working environment
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and address employee needs with professionalism

- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
