Strategic Hr Leadership
- Lead the HR agenda for the Saudi business, aligned to company goals
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and succession
- Drive culture, engagement, and change initiatives as the business scales
Talent, Capability & Leadership Development
- Strengthen leadership and manager capability across functions
- Build succession plans and develop high-potential talent
- Drive practical learning and development programs linked to business needs
- Support Saudization/Nitaqat goals and local talent development
Hr Operations & Governance
- Ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exits)
- Oversee performance management and reward practices (comp & benefits)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, and related requirements
- Maintain strong employee relations and handle sensitive matters fairly and professionally
