The ideal candidate combines strong technical reporting expertise with business acumen and a passion for transforming HR data into meaningful insights. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OTBI dashboard development, and HR data is strongly preferred.
Design, build, maintain, and optimize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports across Oracle HCM Cloud.
Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Create standardized reporting packages for workforce, talent, recruiting, compensation, diversity, payroll, absence, and organizational metrics.
Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

Develop and maintain a portfolio of standardized HR dashboards.
Improve reporting efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities.
Increase leadership visibility to key workforce metrics and trends.
Enhance data quality and reporting governance across HR systems.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data, reporting, and analytics. This is not a general HRIS role. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time building reports, creating dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, and advising stakeholders through data-driven insights. Oracle OTBI expertise is essential, while Oracle HCM Cloud and HR domain experience are highly desirable.
