Job Description – HR & Data (Entry) Management Executive (Part-Time \| Work From Home)Company: Global Consulting Client Location: Dubai Job Type: Part-Time Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home (WFH) Working Hours: Flexible (4–5 Hours Daily) Industry: HR Operations / Data Management / Business ConsultingAbout the RoleGlobal Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR & Data (Entry) Management Executive to support one of its clients in Dubai. This is a part-time remote opportunity suitable for candidates with good communication skills, administrative capabilities, and basic HR coordination experience.The candidate will assist with employee data management, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesPerform accurate data entry and document managementCoordinate interviews and candidate schedulingAssist in onboarding and HR administrative tasksPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR-related documentationHandle email communication and follow-ups with candidates/employeesMaintain confidentiality of employee and company informationSupport management with day-to-day operational coordinationOrganize digital files and maintain proper documentation recordsRequired Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Diploma holder in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fieldBasic understanding of HR processes and administrationGood communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email communicationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPrior HR/Data Entry/Admin experience will be an added advantage
