About the Role

Responsibilities
- Enter and update employee information into the HR system accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee files and ensure all records are complete and up to date.
- Process new employee documentation and support onboarding data entry.
- Update records related to attendance, leave, visas, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Prepare HR reports and spreadsheets as requested.
- Scan, organize, and archive HR documents.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect missing employee information.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Perform other administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in data entry or HR administration is an advantage
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Overview
