Job Summary
Manage and support human resource, recruitment, and administrative functions for a diesel generator business.
Support attracting, hiring, retaining, and servicing employees across the organization.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full time.
- The work location is in person in Saif Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements from sales, service, operations, and other departments.
- Develop recruitment strategies for the diesel generator and engineering domain.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Create job advertisements and post them on job portals and social media.
- Use Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups for recruitment.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and technical assessment coordination.
- Schedule qualified applicants for Finance Manager or CEO interviews.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and prepare offer, contract, and joining letters.
- Collect and review new-hire documents and endorse them to the PRO for visa preparation.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, manpower request monitoring, and applicant tracking sheets.
