Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle joining formalities, colleague request letters, leavers, final settlements, status changes, and disciplinary actions.
• Post monthly payroll attendance data and update leave records and air-ticket information.
• Raise LPOs for the HR office, accommodation, and colleague cafeteria.
• Maintain personal files, protect colleague data in Sky Bayan, and update HR monthly and turnover reports.
• Manage the HR duty roster, assist colleagues at reception, and handle colleague accommodation.
• Handle recruitment, HR policies and procedures, welfare meetings, and colleague engagement events.

What We Need

• Previous HR Coordinator experience is required; hospitality and hotel experience are ideal.
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits, recruitment, engagement activities, events, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures is required.
• MS Office proficiency is required; Sky Bayan knowledge is a plus.
• The candidate should have strong organization and time management and be flexible, friendly, collaborative, and willing to learn.
