We are seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with Qatar labor laws. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of HR processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
- Support HR reporting, audits, and record keeping requirements
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in HR coordination or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience working in Qatar or GCC region is an advantage
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems

Job Summary
