Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations.
  • The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, records management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and record keeping requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations.
