- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements
- Coordinate employee training programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies, providing timely and accurate information
- Support performance management processes by assisting in the preparation of performance review materials and tracking completion rates
- Maintain up to date knowledge of labor laws and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to analyze trends and make informed recommendations to management
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in HR coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
