Role Overview
Support day-to-day human resources activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, records, and internal coordination.
This is a part-time, fully remote position supporting employees and managers in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring documentation.
- Support onboarding, orientation, transfers, offboarding, performance reviews, engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain confidential employee records, HR databases, attendance information, leave documentation, and HR updates.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, trackers, forms, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate HR processes and requests with employees and managers.
- Support reporting, identify administrative gaps, and help improve HR procedures.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, accuracy, and integrity.
