Essential
Must have right to work in the UK
Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English
Previous experience in an HR, people administration or complex administrative role.
Foundational knowledge of employment law
Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident in using systems, managing data and reporting.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to adapt to different audiences
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, employee forums or staff networks.
Supported absence and performance management processes
Experience of HR reporting and data analytics.
Development
