Role Overview
IHHC is hiring an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong healthcare background to support HR operations in healthcare facilities in Dubai.
The role supports a healthcare administration team serving patients in their homes and in a clinic.
About the Organization
IHHC provides patient-centered home healthcare services focused on patient outcomes, comfort, dignity, and safety.

Requirements
- Three to five years of HR experience in the healthcare sector is required.
- Experience in medical centers, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities is required.
- Knowledge of DHA/DOH regulations and healthcare licensing processes is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law is required.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations is required.
- The role requires professional handling of confidential information and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Arabic-speaking ability is preferred.
