Responsibilities
- Co lead the company’s strategic direction, oversee product development, and shape the overall vision and roadmap of the platform
- Work closely with team members to refine the value proposition, drive user and partner acquisition, and manage key relationships with mentors, hiring managers, and organizations
- Support marketing initiatives, guide social media presence, and represent the brand in meetings, events, and partnership discussions
- Collaborate on financial planning, performance tracking, and operational decisions to ensure sustainable growth
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Sales and Marketing skills to drive partner outreach, user acquisition, and revenue growth
- Product Development experience, with the ability to translate user needs into product features and prioritize a roadmap
- Social Media and digital engagement skills to manage online presence and build community
- Experience in leadership or co founding roles, with comfort in decision making and ownership of outcomes
- Understanding of the tech talent ecosystem, mentorship models, or early career development programs is highly beneficial
- Basic financial literacy and operational planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred

- Understanding of the tech talent ecosystem, mentorship models, or early career development programs is highly beneficial.
- Basic financial literacy and operational planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
