Role Description

  • Co lead the company’s strategic direction, oversee product development, and shape the overall vision and roadmap of the platform.
  • Work closely with team members to refine the value proposition, drive user and partner acquisition, and manage key relationships with mentors, hiring managers, and organizations.
  • Support marketing initiatives, guide social media presence, and represent the brand in meetings, events, and partnership discussions.
  • Collaborate on financial planning, performance tracking, and operational decisions to ensure sustainable growth and a strong impact on early tech talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Sales and Marketing skills to drive partner outreach, user acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic campaigns and relationship building.
  • Product Development experience, with the ability to translate user needs into product features, prioritize a roadmap, and guide iterative improvements.
  • Social Media and digital engagement skills to manage online presence, build community, and amplify the platform’s mission and offerings.
  • Experience in leadership or co founding roles, with comfort in decision making, ownership of outcomes, and working in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Understanding of the tech talent ecosystem, mentorship models, or early career development programs is highly beneficial.
  • Basic financial literacy and operational planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
