- Cultural competency and interest in Korean and Korean American communities, with a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and basic administrative tasks relevant to student or community organizations.
- Ability to work on site in the San Francisco Bay Area, manage multiple priorities, and maintain reliability in a full time role.
- Prior involvement in student organizations, nonprofits, or community groups is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or experience in areas such as community organizing, student affairs, cultural studies, or leadership is a plus.

Role Description
- The Owner of KASA is a full time, on site leadership role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for guiding the organization’s vision, operations, and strategic growth.
- On a day to day basis, the Owner oversees planning and execution of events and programs, coordinates with student leaders and volunteers, and manages organizational resources and budgets.
- The role includes building and maintaining relationships with campus offices, community partners, sponsors, and alumni, while ensuring that activities align with KASA’s mission and policies.
- The Owner will lead recruitment and member engagement initiatives, facilitate meetings, and provide mentorship to student leaders to support a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
- This position requires consistent on site presence for events, meetings, and community activities throughout the academic year.
