The Owner role at Kaptiveit is a full time, on site position based in Accra, responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the business.
Day to day tasks include setting business goals, overseeing financial performance, and making key decisions related to investments, partnerships, and market opportunities.
The Owner will manage and support staff, ensure smooth operational processes, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, building relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
The role requires active involvement in problem solving, risk management, and continuous improvement of business practices.

Strong business management and leadership skills, with the ability to set vision, define strategy, and guide teams toward goals.
Experience with financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting or financial analysis.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Proven capability in operations management, including process improvement, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive sales or business development initiatives.
Sound decision making and problem solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and long term sustainability.
Familiarity with local business regulations and compliance requirements in Accra or Ghana is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.
Demonstrated experience owning, co owning, or managing a business, or leading a major department or unit.
