Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business performance.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
- Analyze workforce metrics, HR trends, and organizational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead change management, organizational development, and culture enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analyses, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, business units, or strategic HR initiatives preferred.
- Strong understanding of talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience advising leaders on people strategy, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and HR reporting tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
