HR Associate (Recruitment)

Requirements

• · Relevant degree in Human Resource Management with 3-5 yrs of experience
• · A critical mindset to identify areas of improvement aligned with the organisation's goals and values
• · Experience in HR management, preferably in Shared Service and with international stakeholders
• · Knowledge and compliance with privacy laws and regulations, confidentiality, ethics, and compliance
• · Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
• · Ability to develop and implement HR policies, recruitment and selection processes, and employee relations including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances
• · Provide strategic HR advice, manage budgets, and deliver cost-effective HR services
• The ideal candidate for the position should have a relevant degree in HRM, be critical-minded, and be keen to work with a start-up. They should have experience in HR management with international stakeholders and be compliant with privacy laws and regulations. The candidate should also possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and have the ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures while providing strategic HR advice to senior management. Finally, they should be able to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective HR services.
