- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Handle HR related inquiries from employees and external parties
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts and related documentation
- Support employee relations activities, including handling employee grievances and maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefits related inquiries
- Collaborate with HR team to administer employee wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll processing tasks, including timekeeping and data entry
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Summary
