Responsibilities

- Skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with the ability to manage employee data and generate basic HR reports
- Skills in Benefits Administration, with an understanding of leave management, insurance, and other employee benefits coordination
- Skills in Training, including assisting with scheduling, logistics, and maintaining training records
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels
- Proficiency with productivity tools (such as MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working in a remote, technology driven environment
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR support or coordination role

Role Description
- This full time remote role for an HR Assistant / HR Executive / HR Coordinator supports the HR function across the employee lifecycle.
- Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating HR documentation and compliance.
- The role involves managing HRIS data entry and updates, helping administer employee benefits, and responding to routine HR related inquiries.
- The HR team member will also assist with organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and supporting HR related reporting and communication.
