Position Overview

  • Department: Human Resources / People Operations / Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring activities
  • Publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms
  • Review resumes and support candidate screening
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate employee information and personnel records

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Management, Organizational Development, or related disciplines
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment support, employee coordination, documentation management, office administration, or HR operations
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry level positions

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll Software, Employee Management Systems, Recruitment Platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM CP, PHR, CHRP, etc.
