Role Description
Support and coordinate core human resources activities for the GDG on Campus - ITMBU community.
Work with leadership and diverse teams in a student-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain member and volunteer records.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation.
- Support benefits and participation programs where applicable.
- Organize training sessions and manage HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Address member inquiries with leadership support.
- Support performance and feedback processes.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive community culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and related tools for maintaining accurate HR records and data.
- Understanding of benefits administration and participation programs.
- Ability to coordinate, support, or facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Previous HR, community management, or student organization experience is beneficial.
