HR Assistant / HR Coordinator / HR Administrator

Role Description

HR Operations Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
• Assist with payroll-related data and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support employee relations activities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication among candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures, support compliance, and prepare HR reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• Skills in HR Management and Human Resources, including core HR functions and processes.
• Skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.
• Skills in HR Policies and compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Proficiency with HRIS or HR databases and standard office software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and customer-service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role is preferred.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
