- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns and escalating issues when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
