About the Role
Sky Walker Yacht Rental is seeking an HR Assistant to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, medical insurance applications, and HRIS maintenance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various roles
- Employee Relations: Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, respond to employee inquiries, and manage employee relations
- Medical Insurance Applications: Handle application and renewal of medical insurance for employees
- HRIS System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the HR Information System
- Leave Management: Monitor employee leave balances, manage leave requests, and update the HRIS accordingly
- Certificates and Documentation: Prepare HR documents, including employment certificates and other official paperwork
- Performance Monitoring: Assist the HR Manager in coordinating performance reviews, especially for offshore crew members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (attested degree certificate required)
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Ability to think logically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability is a must

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Relations: Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, respond to employee inquiries, and manage employee relations professionally and promptly.
- Medical Insurance Applications: Handle the application and renewal of medical insurance for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- HRIS System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the HR Information System to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.
- Leave Management: Monitor employee leave balances, manage leave requests, and update the HRIS accordingly.
- Certificates and Documentation: Prepare HR documents, including employment certificates and other official paperwork.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist the HR Manager in coordinating performance reviews, especially for offshore crew members.
