Responsibilities
- Support end to end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and HR related reporting.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee related documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance and employee data.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Conduct surprise audits on the Camp & Factory and prepare reports.
Requirements
- 3 7 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of local labor regulations
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding
- Proficiency in HR databases and reporting
