- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR information system
- Process leave requests, attendance records, and other employee documentation
- Support payroll by preparing timesheets and employee data for payroll processing
- Assist with visa, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and labor documentation
- Prepare HR letters such as employment certificates, salary certificates, and experience letters
- Monitor probation periods and contract renewals
- Ensure HR files comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
- Coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and performance appraisal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary

Qualifications
