Position Overview

  • Department: Human Resources / People Operations / Administration
  • Employment Level: Entry Level to Junior Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain employee records and confidential personnel files
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, and employment records
  • Update employee information in HR systems
  • Organize HR documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with job postings and recruitment activities
  • Review resumes and support candidate screening
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
  • Prepare onboarding documents for new employees
  • Coordinate orientation and induction activities

Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Office Administration, Industrial Relations, or related disciplines
  • Experience in HR administration, office administration, recruitment coordination, customer service, data entry and documentation, or HR internship experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Preferred Certifications: SHRM Essentials of Human Resources, HR Fundamentals Certification, Human Resources Administration Certificate, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
