Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain employee records and confidential personnel files

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Preferred Certifications: SHRM Essentials of Human Resources, HR Fundamentals Certification, Human Resources Administration Certificate, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
