**Lulu Rayyan Group** is a growing trading and distribution company supporting retail, sales, logistics, and warehouse operations across Qatar.
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **HR Assistant** to support daily Human Resources operations.
In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee records, attendance tracking, and general HR administration to help ensure smooth workforce management across the company.
*Recruitment & Hiring Support*
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
- ***Employee Records Management***
- Maintain employee files (contracts, IDs, visas, passports)
- Update HR databases, attendance, and employee records
- Support onboarding and exit processes
*Attendance & Payroll Support*
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records
- Assist in timesheet preparation and payroll data entry
- Support HR system updates for payroll processing
- ***HR Administration***
- Handle employee requests and basic HR queries
- Issue HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, etc.)
- Coordinate with PRO for visa and document renewals
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR records
- ***Office Coordination***
- Support HR Manager in daily operations
- Assist with staff coordination and training activities
- Manage HR-related office supplies and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (preferred)
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (Qatar experience is an advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of Qatar labor law is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
