Role Description

  • The HR Assistant role is a part time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home.
  • The HR Assistant will support day to day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment logistics, coordinating interviews, and onboarding event staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Updating HRIS data, preparing HR documentation.
  • Supporting benefits and attendance tracking.
  • Helping organize training or orientation sessions for event personnel.
  • Responding to HR related inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support staffing and workforce planning for the show.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Skills in Benefits Administration.
  • Skills in Training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, event focused environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in HR support, events, or hospitality is beneficial; a diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
