- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and tardiness
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel information
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Assist with employee engagement activities and company events
- Handle filing, document management, and general administrative support for the HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with equivalency, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- HR certification is an advantage

Job Summary
- The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department with tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR documentation.
