Job Purpose
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and salaries are delivered on time each monthly cycle.
Maintain detailed records and work effectively with numbers, HRMS systems, and strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll and ensure timely WPS salary disbursement.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime data before each payroll cycle.
- Verify joiner, resignation, and termination details for settlements and payroll adjustments.
- Reconcile payroll data with HR records and flag discrepancies before submission.
- Maintain confidential employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
- Support visa, labour card, and Emirates ID processing related to payroll and onboarding.
- Respond to salary, leave balance, and payslip queries.
- Prepare payroll reports, WPS files, and reconciliations for management review.
- Assist with daily HR administration, filing, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven payroll processing experience is essential.
- Prior HR and Payroll Assistant experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of WPS and UAE payroll practices.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required.
