Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Manage visa, labor, and immigration related processes.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files.
Key Responsibilities Contracts & Legal
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Monitor contract compliance and maintain contract records.
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable laws.
- Assist in dispute resolution and legal correspondence.
- Support contract administration for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
