Role Overview

HR Transactional Services

• Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration.
• Use the case management system to meet service-level agreement metrics and client satisfaction targets.
• Prioritize daily tasks, complete required training, and clarify process queries to support smooth execution.

Process Improvement

• Analyze work process design and flow and implement improvements with internal and external clients and vendors.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures and assist with producing new policies and procedures.
• Use the CORE framework to improve processes, quality standards, and process compliance.

Service and Stakeholder Support

• Build constructive relationships with the onshore team and colleagues across other business areas.
• Deliver consistent and efficient service while meeting or exceeding SLAs and performance targets.
