We're looking for a driven HR Advisor in Melbourne (VIC) who genuinely believes in fostering an engaged, inclusive, and exceptional employee experience across the entire lifecycle.

Full-Time where you'll report to the HR Manager (Divisional) and act as a pivotal operational and strategic partner to line managers.

A day in this role isn't just paperwork; it’s about making an impact:

• Strategic Partnership: Coach and build management capability, providing expert advice on talent acquisition, retention, performance, and career pathways.
• Operational Excellence: Provide practical, commercial advice across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with WISE's vision and strategy.
• Risk Mitigation: Confidently manage Employee and Industrial Relations concerns, applying sound knowledge of Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act.
• Continuous Improvement: Be proactive! You'll use your technical savvy and creative thinking to improve systems, processes, and procedures that enhance the employee experience.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain corporate compliance, manage the HRIS platform, and analyse key metrics to provide insights that inform business decisions.

We're looking for an Advisor with 3+ years' experience in an HR role and a strong blend of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.

• Experience & Education: 3+ years of direct experience in a similar HR role. Tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field.
