Role Summary

Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and provide practical guidance to managers and employees.
- Support early resolution of concerns and encourage constructive dialogue.
- Coordinate on-site engagement activities and partner with employee resource groups on an annual calendar of events and initiatives.
