HR Advisor

Experienced HR professional with experience of a full generalist role including managing complex ER issues, undertaking investigations and disciplinary hearings and offering line management guidance and support.

CIPD Level 5 in HR Management is required and membership of the CIPD.

Knowledge of the care industry or a regulated/compliance related industry would be an advantage.

Experience of providing HR advice across the employee life cycle and a good understanding of employment law.

A detail conscious and methodical working style is essential for this role with a conscientious approach in delivering high quality service.

Effective time management and organisational skills are essential so you can work with appropriate autonomy in the role.

Able to demonstrate an effective and confident communication style to engage and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues.

Fabulous team player as we are a small team.

Occasional travel to other sites as required.

Proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel and other systems.
