Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Admin (UAE National) to support our human resources and administrative functions.
This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in HR.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new employees
- Handle employee documentation including contracts, leave records, and attendance
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining files
Requirements
- **UAE National (Family Book is mandatory)**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
