HR Administrator

Strong administration, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

A positive, proactive and collaborative approach with a strong customer service focus.

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate employee records and data.

Confidence using HR systems, Microsoft Office and other business systems; experience with an HRIS or LMS would be advantageous.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.

Valid Australian working rights.
