Role Overview
The employer is seeking an HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Manager on daily HR operations and employee-related matters.
The role supports HR administration and employee services in a hospitality environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and related tasks.
- Manage employee records, documentation, and personnel files.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including visa, insurance, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR and administrative matters.
- Assist with employee accommodation and staff welfare requirements.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar HR role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR administration and UAE employment practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
