Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR and administrative activities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities and support PRO related activities
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
- Support business development and client coordination activities when required
- Handle staff queries and provide administrative support to management
- Prepare reports, letters, and other HR related documentation
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in HR and Administration
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork and team building skills
- Tagalog speaking candidates are preferred
- Experience in PRO activities is an added advantage
- Sales and marketing experience is preferred

Overview
- Eurogulf Safety Consultants (Our Parental Company) is seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our Head Office in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR, administration, employee relations, and office operations while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR and administrative activities.
