Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and assist with recruitment logistics, onboarding coordination, and basic HR documentation.
- Manage schedules, organize files, draft correspondence, and coordinate office supplies and equipment.
- Respond to client and staff inquiries and provide customer service support.
- Help ensure smooth office operations with legal and administrative teams.
Qualifications
- Strong general administration and administrative assistance skills are required.
- Effective communication and customer service skills are required.
- Solid organization skills are required to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email, is required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and appropriate handling of confidential information are required.
