  • We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people oriented HR & Administration Officer to join our growing team in the UAE.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Human Resources and Office Administration, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an excellent employee experience while ensuring smooth day to day business operations.

Key Responsibilities A) Human Resources

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Track probation periods, contract renewals, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities B) Office Administration

  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient workplace.
  • Arrange business travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain company records and administrative documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and cross functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
  • Previous experience working in the UAE.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
