Avionhaze Cargo is seeking an HR & Administration Manager to oversee all HR activities for ~30 employees, ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, SOP compliance, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard new employees
- Maintain employee records, contracts, visas, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, benefits, and end of service settlements
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Develop and monitor employee KPIs and coordinate performance appraisals
- Maintain and control company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

Position Summary
- The HR & Administration Manager will manage all HR activities for ~30 employees, ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.
Human Resources Management
- Manage complete employee lifecycle
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard new employees
- Maintain employee records, contracts, visas, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, benefits, and end of service settlements
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor employee KPIs
- Coordinate performance appraisals and probation reviews
- Support managers in employee development and succession planning
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
SOP & Compliance Management
- Maintain and control company SOPs
- Ensure all departments have documented and approved SOPs
- Conduct SOP compliance audits
- Coordinate employee training on SOPs
- Monitor corrective actions and process improvements
Administration & Organizational Support
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures
- Coordinate employee insurance, travel, accommodation
- Prepare HR reports and management dashboards
- Support management with workforce planning
Training & Development
- Identify training requirements across departments
- Organize internal and external training programs
- Maintain employee training records and certification status
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in UAE
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, aviation, or supply chain preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to manage confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent HR certification
- Experience in policy development and SOP management
- Experience managing multicultural teams
