Position Summary

  • The HR & Administration Manager will manage all HR activities for ~30 employees, ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.

Human Resources Management

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard new employees
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, visas, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll, leave management, benefits, and end of service settlements
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution

Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor employee KPIs
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and probation reviews
  • Support managers in employee development and succession planning
  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

SOP & Compliance Management

  • Maintain and control company SOPs
  • Ensure all departments have documented and approved SOPs
  • Conduct SOP compliance audits
  • Coordinate employee training on SOPs
  • Monitor corrective actions and process improvements

Administration & Organizational Support

  • Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures
  • Coordinate employee insurance, travel, accommodation
  • Prepare HR reports and management dashboards
  • Support management with workforce planning

Training & Development

  • Identify training requirements across departments
  • Organize internal and external training programs
  • Maintain employee training records and certification status

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in UAE
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, aviation, or supply chain preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to manage confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent HR certification
  • Experience in policy development and SOP management
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
