Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction of the company
- Oversee business development across Engineering, Project Consulting, Construction, Asset Management, and Technology & Product Services
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Review project performance and approve major investments
- Guide senior management and ensure operations meet safety, quality, and cost effectiveness standards
- Identify new market opportunities and nurture collaborations
- Support talent development initiatives
- Represent TUAH in industry forums and uphold company vision and values
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, or related sectors
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and commercial acumen
- Solid understanding of engineering, project consulting, construction, and asset management principles
- Experience overseeing operational excellence including safety, quality assurance, risk management, and cost optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to talent development and mentoring
- Ability to work on site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
